SAFETY
Pets of all sizes are welcome - big and small. We specialise in individual pet boarding and prioritise the safety and consideration of each animal so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands.
CARE
Quality care for your pet is the core of a positive boarding experience. Our staff are trained to assess the personality and needs of each pet to accomodate accordingly. That’s why each day starts with a health and wellbeing check-in for every animal.
FOOD
Owners are required to bring their pet’s food and necessary supplies. Please ensure you are providing enough food to meet your pet’s nutritional requirements across the stay. We have fridges and freezers available for storage.
Please provide any specific items such as toys or blankets for a pleasant stay. Please inform us of any special requirements, this includes if your pet has any health conditions, behaviour issues, allergies, phobias etc.
ENCLOSURES
We provide boarding for a variety of small pets including rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, reptiles, birds, and more. Our standard small animal pens are perfect for animals such as rabbits, and are designed for comfort and security. All other pet enclosures will need to be brought from home.
SAFTEY AND SECURITY
Each animal is monitored closely health-wise, all eating / drinking habits and thoroughly noted as well as other health and behavior indicators so that we keep a good record of the animal’s health during its stay. Animals from the same family are welcome to board together.
